A battery management system (BMS) is a great solution. However, in order to improve the availability of batteries through BMS, it is necessary not only to know the actual performance data of the battery at the first time, but also to be able to monitor the operating status of the battery in real time, to detect potential failures in time and to issue alarms, and to guide maintenance personnel to deal with them correctly. Avoid unnecessary accidents; at the same time, it can accurately evaluate the health status of the battery (SOH=remaining capacity/rated capacity), and obtain an effective basis for battery replacement and cascade utilization. It not only reduces the system risk of using batteries, but also avoids unnecessary waste of resources.
